Offer Terms and Conditions No incentive traffic is allowed (unless previously agreed and signed off by your Encknet Network Account Manager). Any traffic that is found to come from an incentive source that is not signed off will be rejected and the affiliate may be removed from the campaign. Fraudulent activity is taken seriously and any traffic that is deemed to be fraudulent will be terminated and result in the affiliate being removed from the campaign and potential suspension or expel from the network. All activity must be approved by an Account Manager any unapproved traffic may be rejected. All Email, Creatives Proof must be sent for approval for all offers that required proof. Conversions without proof or placement been approved will be rejected All Creatives should be sent to [email protected] with the Offer Id and inform your Account Manager. CREATIVES AND LPs: All EMAIL and Display Creatives for all NON-INCENT Offers require approval. INCENT Offers do not require Creative approvals. DO NOT start live Traffic until your Account Manager approves your Promotion Materials as unapproved materials will result in NON Payment. NO Incentivized Traffic (Unless Specified) NO Craigslist Traffic NO Backpage Traffic NO Blogger Traffic NO BlogSpot Traffic NO Adult Traffic - (Unless Specified) NO Trademark Infringement - (Search Traffic) NO Spam - (Must be CANSPAM compliant for Email Traffic) NO Copyrighted Materials Allowed NO Pirated Content NO Fake/Misleading Campaigns NO Spamming, Craigslist Baiting NO use of the word “Free” or implying the user has "Won" NO Forced Installs, No Malware, No Spyware NO Forced Clicks NO Fake Pop Unders or Overs NO Auto Redirects NO Bots ***In the case of 3rd party Affiliate Traffic, you are also bound to observe and follow the terms and conditions under this contract. CHARGEBACK CUT OFF: Chargebacks for the previous month's activity will be confirmed by the 15th of the following month EOD. If the 15th of the following month is a federal holiday or weekend, the next business day will be the extended deadline for chargebacks to be provided to the Publisher. If any chargebacks are warranted, a Chargeback report will be emailed to you, unless there is direct fraud then a chargeback report does not need to be provided by your Account Manager or Point of Contact at Uniqueadsrivo. All Chargebacks will be communicated via email. If any of the above terms are violated you will be blocked from this offer or have your account banned from the Network and forfeit any payments. EDUCATION OFFERS: Due to changes in the Education vertical and the strict regulations from the FTC and participating schools, Uniqueadsrivo can NO longer finalize final stats for EDU offers on a Net 30 basis. With Advertisers not being able to confirm on exact terms, Uniqueadsrivo cannot set specific final stat dates for any Education Offer on the Network. We make best efforts to follow a guideline of Net 30, 45 or 60 but cannot guarantee specific dates. All final stats for the previous month's traffic will be verified once we obtain the final report from the Advertiser. We will then process any returns and you will be emailed directly. We will provide you with the following via Email: Final Payable Lead Count. Final Payable Revenue Amount. Final Chargeback Lead Count. A chargeback report direct from the Advertiser with data point information that has been supplied to us by the Advertiser.
