It goes without saying that the bottom line goal of any affiliate marketer is to make as much money as possible through his or her affiliate marketing efforts. There are innumerable directions, tactics and strategies that can be employed to achieve these goals and it oftentimes starts with finding the best affiliate programs to promote in the first place.
This being said, what constitutes the best or top affiliate programs is open to interpretation and the list can be in constant flux. What may be a very lucrative offer one day can become an over-crowded market the next day. What may be a quietly successful affiliate program today could become a widespread phenomenon tomorrow. The key is capitalizing on the opportunities as they are unearthed and as they present themselves.
Finding the best performing affiliate offers in the WOW Trk inventory at any given time is a straightforward affair that both expert and beginning publishers can understand and appreciate. Once you’ve logged into your publisher account, look for the “Offers” section in the left sidebar. Click on the “down” arrow to expand this section and then select “Top Offers” from the resulting list.
You will then be presented with a short list of the best affiliate programs in the WOW Trk inventory at this given moment. The default list shows the top offers by EPC or earnings per click. This is the amount of money that, network-wide, affiliates have been earning in commissions on a per-click basis on average. Most of the top offers have an EPC of at least 0.50 GBP with successful conversions paying a commission of anywhere between 7 GBP and nearly 200 GBP.
Alternatively, you can also choose to click on “Top Offers by CR” near the top of the table to view a list of the top affiliate programs as based on the conversion rate. While this doesn’t indicate your average earnings per click, it gives you a very good sense of another important metric: if you are able to drive quality traffic to these offers, you strike an exceptional chance that the traffic will convert and generate a commission for you. Some of the top performers can see conversion rates as high as 25% or more.
Both the top EPC and top CR lists are typically populated by offers that have been a part of the WOW Trk inventory for some period of time. To stay ahead of the curve, you may also want to browse through the list of New Offers, which will show affiliate programs that have become active in the last 7 days.
