Soft KPI:
– In terms of AOV (=sales revenue/number of sales) advertiser expects around $50.
Since Mackeeper offers 2 types of packages – 1 month and 1 year – they want users to buy 1 year subscriptions mostly.
– In terms of CPA (=publisher revenue/number of sales) the advertiser expects to see around $100 for CPI payouts.
Restrictions:
No Adult, No Incent, Mac Desktop Traffic Only, No Pop/Search Traffic. It is forbidden to purchase traffic from
speedtest.net.
Brand-Bidding: The use of brand name keywords such as “Mac,” “MacKeeper,” “Mac Keeper,” “Apple,” “Clario,” or any variations thereof for promotional purposes is not permitted. General terms such as “cleanup,” “security,” “optimization,” “data control,” “software,” “utility,” “application,” “macOS,” “antivirus,” “MacBook,” “Clean My Mac,” “virus,” “cleaner,” “malware,” “iMac,” “uninstaller,” and “uninstall” may only be used to direct users to a comparison website, not to a landing page with a single product.
Keyword Restrictions: it is not allowed to bid on brand keywords or misspellings such as “MacKeeper” or variations like “download MacKeeper,” “MacKeeper coupon,” “buy MacKeeper,” “install MacKeeper,” or “MacKeeper review.”
Incentives: Offering any form of incentive or kick-backs, such as cash for clicking, rebates, etc.
Aggressive or Misleading Creatives: Creatives that are aggressive, scary, or misleading.
Malvertising: Injecting malicious ads or links, hidden iframes, drive-by downloads, or any form of malicious advertising.
Unauthorized Creatives: Any custom creatives (including banners, visuals, or links) must be approved by our team before use.
Pre-Landers, Fake Browser Alerts, and Scams: The use of pre-landers, fake browser alerts, or scams is prohibited.
Contextual Ads: it is not permitted to run contextual ads.
Google Display Network (GDN) or Other Search Engines: Promotional activity on the Google Display Network or other search engines is not allowed without prior written consent of the Advertiser.
Spamming: Spamming, including mass emails, newsgroup posting, unsolicited commercial emails, etc.
Fraud: Activities such as cybersquatting, typosquatting, self-referrals, or fraudulent transactions.
Search Traffic: It is not allowed to use search traffic without prior approval.
Adult Traffic: The use of adult traffic.
Tab Under Ads: The use of “tab under” advertising.
Parked Domain Traffic: Traffic from parked domains.
Bundling: Using bundling tactics to promote the offer.
Forced Redirects and Doorway Pages: The use of forced redirects or doorway pages.
Third-Party Intellectual Property: To use any third-party intellectual property (such as copyrights or trademarks) without the written permission of the respective third party.
