Fraudulent activity is taken seriously and any traffic that is deemed to be fraudulent will be terminated and result in the affiliate being removed from the campaign and potential suspension or expel from the network. All activity must be approved by an Account Manager any unapproved traffic may be rejected. All Email, Creatives Proof must be sent for approval for all offers that required proof. Description TortClaims - Pursuing Justice, Empowering Consumers Conversion point: Pixel fires after a full form submission PO Range = $100-$375 Day Parting: Monday-Sunday 8am-9pm EST (some buyers accept leads at these times only) Qualifying Criteria: - Must not currently be represented by an attorney - Must have used product for at least 1 year - Must have been exposed to Roundup in 1990 or later - Must have been diagnosed with: Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, B or T- Cell Lymphoma, Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia, Hairy Cell Lymphoma, or Mantle Cell Lymphoma • Strictly prohibited to use any kind of fraudulent activities, incentive and bot traffic. • Advertiser reserves the right to not pay for fraudulent leads, bad lead data (such as obviously fake names combined with bad phone numbers and/or invalid email addresses) and/or restricted traffic. • Custom creatives must be sent for approval PRIOR TO USE and ANY ALTERATIONS to approved creatives must be resubmitted PRIOR TO USE, or risk nonpayment.
